Congratulations to the initial committee, good to see experienced
elders taking the initiative. How we lay down the rules and monitor
the construction of the common amenities and landscaping in the
initial days will have a huge impact on how the colony is going to

Can anyone tell me as to how the user committee is elected? What is
the guidelines for electing the members of user committee? Don't we
as residents/ allottees have a voting right to elect this body? Can
someone enlighten me.....Col OV Kumar
