Many investors has booked their flats at Shriram Shankari, Guduvancherry whereas the total progress with this builder is standstill since May 2014. Even though they promised several times to each and every owners that the construction activities of the Phase II project will be completed by June 2015 or so, till now hardly we could see 20 skilled labours at site each day.
It is very hard to find out the Snr Management Officials of Shriram Shankari and till now there is lot of activities which is kept pending and GOD knows when the investors will get their flats ready. Totally this builder is not trust worthy and they are not at all responding to the buyers for their several repeated emails and communication.
Even in the first phase, they have not completed the Gas Pipeline, Swimming Pool and Club House and now even the approach road has become a serious issue besides security and other aggravated issues such as compensation for the delays etc.
In total this builder is not at all trustworthy and the construction also is very inferior.
