My roommates and I rented a place here together. We work at the same company together. Our cab comes and picks us up from here and we dont have to worry sbout anything. Neighbours are also sweet and the security is helpful enough that we can come back from the office even late at night and they do not cause a nuisense.

When we initially saw shriram shankari it was only in the initial stages of construction. My husband wanted to purchase it then and i want so sure. But seeing how it has come up i am very happy that we bouhgt our house here. It is exactly like what we wanted and has all the facilities any good place should have! good water and power supply and tight security. I am happy that we will be living here.

My husband goes to work and I stay at home alone. I thought it might be boring and uncomfortable to livve in a half complete place like shriram shankari but it really isnt the place is very safe thanks to the full time security in the building. There are many thinhs to do and a lot of people ahve also moved in so its always talking and chatting time for me! Facilities in the flats are also very nice. Full time running water so i dont have to worry about water sortage. Van do my work anyitme as i find comfortable. Husband likes how quiet it is after e comes from office so he has no headache. Happy place

Moved in about a week back. So happy here as of now. Everyone is very helpful and as we are still getting to know the area this is very important! The helpers and security guards seem trustworthy enough and we are all in 24/7power and water as the back up here is so good! No more powercuts or low water in chennai!

Hav you been to this place? I went recetly. Shriram Shankari is such a good apartment complex! I have been fialising all the paper work. It may take a little more time to get my loan but it is a good purchase. Very good purchase. Mine is one of the under construction flats but i saw all the comleted ones and i can see mine is also going to be very good! Very excited.

I am working in the It industry and have decided to invest in my first property. I have seen the apartments here and really like them. Can you please direct me to the proper authority to buy? I do not know who to talk to cos I dont unestand the language and the guards only talk in Tamil. I really like the space here and also the quiet. only place in chennai that is nice clean and quiet.

This palce has a temple in it. I personally think that makes the vastu much better. My jyothishya told me it will be good to buy a place here because of tthis one particular trait. It also has very clean air which cleanses our soul and helps to achieve the perfect meditation. The quietness around also is very good for us.

Can anyone tell me if there is any flat for sale here? I have been to the site as it is on my way to work but the guards dont seem to know much about flats for sale. I have seen the place and would like to purchase property here. It seems comfortable and nice. It is still under construction so might be a bit cheaper than when completed too. Please do reply.

The apartments at Shriram Shankari are quite fancy. They have good fittings and everything that was put in the brochure is there. I cant wait to start my family here. Just got recently married and then moved in. Wife and me very happy. Quiet place with good privacy also so we are very happy. Can go to the city whenever we want to. Lake also nearby for picnic. WE do poojas in the temple every tuesday evenig. Good peaceful place.

Ever since I bought a house here I was not sure of the outcome cos of delays. But it got done and I have been living here for a few months and im telling it is wonderful! construction is good, full time water and electricity. everything that was promised has been given. It is a very calm and peaceful place to live nd in case of any complaints only thing to do i to call the company and they send someone to fix it. I am happy to decided to buy here.

Shankari by Shriram bulders is a very nice place to live. I have visited many other constructions but this one (most completed little remaining) seems most promising. I have spoken to the builders about booking an apartment here too. I only wish I had booked earlier. Well done Shriram

My family moved in about 3 months back. We are very happy here! My son gets to go to school easily as it isnt too far and my wife has made friends in the campus so she is happy too. I have to travel a lot for work and so its convenient for me! Close to airport. Not too far from the city also. One of the most convenient locations ever.

I just moved into Chennai and would like to purchase a flat. Does anyone know if there is any free apartment for purchase in Shankari? I have seen it and am really fond of it. It seems very comfortable and I would really like to live here. I need a place like this which is away from the city but also not too far from it! Plus theres nice things nearby like the lake and all.

Does anyone have a property for rent in Shriram Shankari? I am working in bank in Chennai city and would like to rent a place for myself. I have seen the facilities and i like the place. I like the location the most. I am married with a 5 year son. Son will have schools close by and also wife will have company in the apartment only. There is nice sports indoor for son. Plus fresh air and no noise. Very important for health. If you have a place I can rent please contact.

My family friend recommended this place to me. So far I have not been sad because of it. It is very peaceful and has a nice lake nearby from where we can hear birds and all in the morning. I take my children there on sundays and we watch birds. It is far yet close enough from the city to be convenient. I can rush into the city in case I get any emergecy calls from he hospital and all. But i like peace after a long day of work so I like this place a lot.

They have good gym and temple and all inside. I like jogging in the open and they have a nice lake nearby also. It seems to be a nice place. I am settling here

This isa very good property. One of the only places in Chennai with full time water and current. Please to say it is very comfortable. Close to city/ airport/schools etc also. Very good location. ake nearby. Less polution. It is very good place to live. Good neighbours also. I am house wife so at home all time. It is cooler than rest of chennai also. I live here and it is very close to the Grand trunk road which connects to chennai city. It is also convenient because my children go to school close by here. With full time water supply and power backup it is a good buy for investors or family alike, Mr. Selvi you should definitely buy.

I am owner here. Do not listen to bad comments. Nice place to live. Little slow with response of builders but overall good place to live. Nice clean air and not much traffic problem also. I am giving house for rent so please contact me if in need of 2bhk. Temple is inside compound and lake also near by. Schools are close by for children. Overall very convenient place to live!

I am primarily happy with the facilities that are to be provided here. Schools are close by for my children and its close to a connecting road to the city too! There is no traffic noise around so my wife is also peaceful at home. When I come home I like to come to a quiet house with no outside commotion bothering me. It is a nice place.
