Sheetal Apartment is Residebtioal Complex with A & B Wings. Awing is road facimg three bed room flats while B wing is back facing two bed room flats. It is 10 storied building with four flats (two front facing and two back facing flats) on each floor and total flats are 40 in the apartment. Three bed room flats are of 1750 Sq.feet while two bed room flats are of 1350 sq.feet. It has parking place for 40 cars and 30 two wheelers.parking is not allotted but on first come first basis. it has 24 hour water supply from overhead tanks which is mix of borewell and minicipal water. It has two lifts with one lift men for operating lift from 8.00am to 7.30pm. It has small garden divded in two parts at the entrance of the gate and is well maintained by Gardner.It has round the clock security guard and CC TV Camera for security of the building and flats and sweepers for house keeping of the Society.
It is managed by Service Society which is registered by members and office bearers and Management Committee Members are elected from and by Members of the Society. The maintenace charge is decided in the AGM and members get option to pay it quartely or Annually.
