New investor Mr Rama Krishna has taken over the responsibility and made a tremendous progress in last two months. All home buyers has a new hope now to get phase 2 A block possession soon.

Please don't trust Aadhaar r Richmond Builders worlds... release all instalment only after careful investigation phase by phase and bloc 40% of the Instalment till he complete.
We are First phase owner and we paid everything and now he is turning a deaf ear to us avoiding all meeting and hiding from us.

Hey Ranjan,
I am planning to buy a flat in Phase II but your comment makes me scared. When I visited property last time, they said phase-1 will be handed over next month. I saw flats almost complete and some wiring work was missing. Is this correct?
Do you suggest me not buying flat with this builder?

RICHMOND PRIDE BANGALORE - Richmond Pride First Phase. The Builders promise the hand over the flat on June 2013, however till date we haven't got the Handover and now the possession date is May 2014 which does not seem to happen.
When contacting the Builders, he is not contactable, he always postpose the meeting with Phase I owner. During June 2013, he said he will hand over in Dec 2013, and in Dec 2013, he informed us he will hand over in May 2014. But the condition of the Flat is still does not seems to get ready by May2014.
When contacting Aadhaar and Richmond, they don't take the responsibility ad turning a deaf year to all owner.
Buyer of Phase II, please be aware of this and don't process all the instalment. Once he gets all the instalment, he will turn a deaf year to you as its happening to us

The Project Quality is also a BIG QUESTION to all Phase I buyer , as we can see water seepage logging and water in most of the Flat

Hi ,
I have booked flat in B block (2013), last week i Spock with builder asking about the delay , he his telling that B block position will take one more year for completion , so he is convincing me to change for A block. which is almost completed will be hand over by April.
Did Richmond pride owners formed any association or network ?
