I kindly request you to hold NOC to whomsoever comes to the flat for NOC as the payment is pending and maintanance is also due.
Persons name who have got my house registered by fooling us and also by not making the full payment as they have held the cheque too.

I also request you to kindly tell your manager not to give death certificate to anybody without informing me.
