Take care while booking flats or apartments with PSR Builders. While dealing with any cash transactions with PSR Builders, make it clear. Always prompt for bills or receipts as soon as you pay them. If you are not taking steps carefully, you will be in mess like me and my collegue. (Even though we had receipts, Me and my friend suffered a lot) Just send legal notice to them for getting our money back.

Before booking with PSR builders, check all the legal documents and house thoroughly for any cracks, dents etc

Check the floor area and make sure the carpet area and floor area are good as mentioned in the layout.
