I stayed in PT for 2 years from August 2016- August 2018. The apartment services such as security, basement parking, electrician and plumber availability, water, garbage disposal, well lit hallways, power backup etc are great and execution is flawless. However few negative points are that -
1. The maintenance amount was increased from rs. 2.5/sqft to rs. 3.5/sqft primarily due to water shortage in summers and later it never came down.
2. Unfortunately during my stay the entire time construction went on for clubhouse. It took 2 years and even then the clubhouse wasn't completed.
3. Swimming pool is non functional for around a year.
4. Several other constructions like water sump, retiling of common areas, etc. Affected the use of amenities like children's play area, jogging track.
I personally felt that a lot of the maintenance money we paid was being used on these constructions which the owners are responsible for but I do not have any proof to support this claim.
Overall it was a decent experience. I would recommend you to go for the society if the constructions are done and amenities are ready.
