SMONDO 3.0 Unit G#1106 review of .Wrongful actions of Owner RAJA BHASKAR. Refusing to return any security money
Hi,
My name is Paras and am a recent resident of Smondo 3 unit G#1106..This is to inform of wrongful actions of the owner RAJA BHASKAR. He asked me to renew my agreement with a 10 % increment on rent . It was outside my budget. I gave a one month notice and vacated the flat on Aug 15. He is now refusing to payback any security money. I paid deposit of Rs. 60,000(rental agreement available if anyone would like to see). He is refusing to return anything.
