Tonight (23rd Apr’16) when I returned home, I did find some garbage (appeared to be egg shells) packed in a plastic cover inside our wet garbage dustbin kept outside our flat. Some neighbour had done this job secretly for the unscrupulous reason best known to him / her. I kept the plastic cover outside the lift and reported it to the security on duty. While condemning such uncivilized activity by some neighbour, I request the NPAOA to take stern action to curb such activity.

It is being observed that many a times the person running the laundry in Nandi Park is going on unscheduled leave for an open ended period which is causing a lot of inconvenience to residents. The Management Committee may please look into the matter and do the needful.

It is nice that NPAOA is organizing the Annual Get Together Function on 30th January,2016. I have a suggestion that the contribution should be same ( i.e. Rs 150 per person) for both residents as well as any guest(s) of the residents rather than asking more contribution from the guests (i.e. Rs 250 per guest). More in number of participation will make the event more enjoyable and colourful.

I do find that painting of white colour in the balcony area pertaining to out flat 1208 has not been done properly. Many places have not been painted. Further, please intimate when the painting of balcony grills will be done.

A small change in my suggestion for holding the Annual Get Together Function. Since 24th January is Saraswati Puja, the suggested dates may be considered as 25th and 31st January'15.

It is nice that NPAOA is organizing the Annual Get Together Function on Sunday the 1st February,2015. However, I have a suggestion for a change in the date. It is better to hold such late evening programme either on Saturday or a day followed by a holiday to give comfort to the participants particularly to children. It is suggested to hold this year programme either on 24th or 25th or 31st January,2015. Lastly, although there is no technical barrier, it sounds better to hold the New Year's Celebration in the first month of the year.
