Welcome to Megapolis Sunway Co-Op Housing Society Ltd, which is also called as 'Megapolis Sunway' cluster as a part of Megapolis integrated township developed by Kumar Properties and ABIL jointly. We are having around 5000 residents staying here with majorly IT professionals and their families. You will find a cultural diversity as we have people from across country staying here. 

We have recently launched 'Apna Complex' portal, which is integrated society management solution post it handover by builder and formation of society in March 2018.

To join this community please follow the steps - owner

1. Find the email id registered with society record
2. Do a Forgot Password with the email id as user name
3. Login into Apna Complex web portal

To join this community please follow the steps - tenant

1. Ask your owner to add your rental agreement details in portal
2. Ask your owner to add you as tenant against their flat with name, email and mobile
3. Once tenant email added, a new user will be created for tenant to access the portal
4. Its owner's responsibility to manage their tenant details by logging into the portal
