East Parade is a value purchase for a lot of reasons. It has Italian marble flooring, ceiling to floor windows, round-the-clock security, granite kitchen platforms, designer modular electrical fittingsand24/7 power backup. I live in a 2.5 BHK in Grand Parade with my wife and my son. For most, 2.5 bedroom apartment sounds like an unwise and shortsighted investment. I’ve been warned about the certain shortage of space by and the number of people, but it made no sense to me. If you look at the amount of space I have in my apartment, you’d know why. Jain Builders are very particular about making apartments roomy and that works great.
