I love Jain Heights because it has this wonderful old worldly feel about it. Though I am still clueless as to how they managed to bring it out what with the apartments made in such modern design, but there is definitely a quaint feel to it. The apartment grounds are manicured and kept verdant with trees and grassy lawns. The apartments are well spaced out and there is always a lungful of fresh air to breath as we step outside the apartments. The towers are ergonomically constructed with elevators and other facilities making the upper levels more of a matter of luxury.

I wanted to have a city home, but I didn’t want to compromise with the green living style. Though Jain Heights do not advertise the green features of their apartments actively, all the apartments support environment-friendly living. The windows are all glass and designed to cover a substantive width. So, during the day, I enjoy the natural ambient light in most rooms. That saves a lot of power consumption. The apartments are so well ventilated that in the evenings I can keep the air conditioning system turned off without disturbing the comfort. I live in a wind facing tower that is why my apartment is always breezy and cool.

I own a penthouse apartment in Jain Heights and boy, it is a sight to behold. The Italian marble flooring is the style icon of the century. My master bedroom has a polished wooden floor which adds a warm feel to the room. Each of my bathrooms is fitted with a dedicated shower cubicle. The deck area is again wooden and the smartpool is just more than I can say. I also have to mention their excellent system of ventilation that allows both natural air and light into the spaces. The basement parking might I say is huge.
