The House of Hiranandani Bayview is located in OMR, Chennai, a great place for investments. It is relatively less expensive than most areas around the city and is not that far out from it. I think property value in this area is highly unlikely to depreciate with urbanization not too far behind.

House of Hiranandani has some excellent projects. I recently visited the Hiranandani Egattur project as I am looking for a house. The layout of the project looks good. Also, the view from the apartments is something that tempts me to make an investment in this property.

The projects situated in Egattur are constructed along the Old Mahabalipuram Road. The constructions here are available in 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations. Some of the impressive projects here are Anchorage, Sinovia, Edina, Bayview, and Amalfi. Most of the apartments in these constructions overlook the beautiful Bay of Bengal and backwater of Muttukudu. You can watch these gorgeous water bodies from your own personal deck. In addition, you can draw benefits from a host of amenities including swimming pools, Jacuzzi spa, jogging tracks, squash, badminton, and tennis courts, children’s play area, cafes, schools, refreshment zones, etc.

house of hiranadani is a good housing project. i have seen there housing project in chennai and it is great. my sister and his husband have bought a apartment over there in one of their building in the hiranadani upscale in Eggatur OMR. i realy like her apartment especially the view.
