I am a tenant residing at flat no: 11 block no:10. Today I paid maintenance charge for march 2015.I told the manager that I will be vacating on 08.03.2015.the manager told me that I have to pay Rs.2500 and then only they will allow me to vacate.This is highly rediculas as am only a tenant and the contract is between the lessor and lessee and not between the assn. and the tenant. I will not pay the amount. If you prohibit me for vacating I will make a police complaint as it attracts criminal act .
