Stress, this six letter word has been a major hindrance to success in many of our lives. I along with many others had an opportunity to attend Stress Eradication Program conducted by this non-profit organization named Rishi's Meditation MahaYogam (Website: http://rishismeditation.org) and found the program very useful and effective in eradicating stress. Yes!! Stress Eradication and not Stress Management. Stress is the prime reason for all kinds of major diseases including Thyroid, Diabetes etc. I have known a lot of people who has experienced permanent relief through the practice of the techniques preached by the Organization.
One of the main motives of the Organisation, Rishi's Meditation MahaYogam is to create a stress-free and disease-free society. This program was conducted at many centers throughout Tamilnadu and has received good response among the participants.
