Exactly, I can't tell you how taken aback I have been with what this guy has done, and am still having to deal with this guy's lies during the exit stages.

This is absolutely shocking! It is amazing how people can dare to behave in such a way.You would expect more reasonable behavior from someone owning an apartment in an Aparna residential complex.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* : Guys, I want to share an absolutely terrible experience I had with the owner of Flat No. J 1008(J Block), 3 BHK flat,Aparna Cyber Commune, so as to warn anyone planning to either rent or buy this flat. His name is Hari Krishna, mobile number: 9845206488, and by far, has been the worst kind of individual I'v had to deal with in my experience of staying in four separate cities in the country. There are several points I'd like to highlight about the ways this guy has conned me:
1. Hari conned me and kept all of my security deposit., on the pretext of damages that his flat had taken before I even moved in.On the final day, he came to the flat and started out pointing things in his flat which were broken before I joined. He kept blaming me for things like removing mirrors from his apartment which didn't even exist in the first place, stoppers in his door which he hadnt provided and cupboards in his kitchen which were already in a shattered state.
2. Although Hari made me pay till November, he took all the keys from me today(October 12,2014), without having paid my rightful balance from the security deposit.
3. Hari started introducing new kinds of charges like some *gas creation charges* which he asked me to deposit although i paid the full rent maintenance to him every month till now.
4. Quite shockingly, the owner said he'd charge me an additional Rs1800 for "properly cleaning" his fat, and when I aid i'd alternatively get my cleaner t do that work, he refused. This is a clear con in which he's trying to extract at least Rs 1500 extra by cheating and lying to me.
5. The state of the flat given to me was horrible, i had to take it as i didnt get a smaller flat when i joined. The master bedroom ceiling dripped water during rains, his pipes in both the kitchen and wash basin were broken, and the majority of my stay in his flat(thankfully only ~ 3months) went in repairing his damaged flat. Yet, today, this guy asks me why I didnt report the remainder of his broken flat earlier. Well, if you 100 problems with the flat, you tend to live with a few of them as its not possible to fix everything as a tenant; thats the owner's responsibility at which he miserably failed.
6. Since my AC unit is still in this guy's flat, and he had taken away the key set of the flat with him, I called him about 20 times today to get the key back to open the outer door(where the AC exhaust unit is kept). This guy refused to pick up the phone, and when i asked him to sms where i needed to come to meet him, he said he didn't like to SMS. Apparently, he doesn't even like to speak, since he cut my call and refused to tell me about his location until i had to go to Kondapur, where he stays.

7. All in all, the amount of harassing this guy caused me today makes me extremely relieved I'm no longer a tenant in his flat. I recently found out from my neighbours that nobody has lived for more than 2/2.5 months in this flat and now I know why. I just wanted to share
