Coronet Greens Apartment Owners and Residents Community

I wanted to take a moment to share some important information with you about a Coronet Greens apartment. This third-grade apartment complex is located in our area, but unfortunately, I was disappointed to learn that it is not up to par with other similar complexes in the surrounding area.

Firstly, the rent and maintenance charges for this apartment are exorbitantly high compared to other apartments in the area, and the amenities provided are substandard. Despite the high maintenance fees, we do not have proper electricity backup, and the water facility is not up to the mark. The security arrangements are poor, and there have been instances of theft in the past.

Moreover, the painting work is incomplete, and the management seems to be dragging their feet on completing the work. Despite having five lifts, only one or two are usually functioning, causing inconvenience to the residents.

Overall, I would like to warn you not to get deceived into renting or buying an apartment in this complex. The management is unresponsive to resident complaints and is only interested in defending themselves. If you have any questions related to maintenance, you are likely to face a defensive response from the management.

24 hrs power backup is a pure lie.. If u call security guard he will ask you to call security manager n when you call him, idiot will provide you a silly excuse that generator will be on only at 630 am..hang up the phone and will not receive it then... From last 4 hrs there is no electricity in the building and no one is bothered to give a power backup.. Its 4AM in the morning.. I called security guard and told him manager is not picking up the call.. You plz do something about it.. He said manager is sleeping and generator will on at 630am only.. How can this be 24 hrs power back up?
