Adarsh Palm Retreat Condominiums Phase 3 Owners and Residents Community

I didn’t have out of the world wishes concerning a home in the city. I wanted a nice apartment in a good location, nice people to call neighbors and a good ambience for my kids to grow in. At Adarsh Palm Retreat, I found much more than what I could have ever asked for. I own a 3 BHK apartment at Gulmohor (Tower 1) and having lived here for more than 5 years now, I can’t imagine living elsewhere. I have to admit that I didn’t have an astronomical sum in my bank to cough up when I first started looking out for a residential property in Bengaluru. My living room window oversees the distant skyline and I have the engineers to thank for the strategic planning. The apartment has all conveniences and contraptions needed for comfortable living. Downstairs, there is a pool, sports pavilion, workout center, convenience store and more. The place is a city in itself.

When I looked at my savings first time in ten years, I knew I could afford a house. As a seeker, I was very particular about the location, beyond everything else. I have two toddlers and proximity to school, amusement parks and sports centers were a must. So I heard about the Adarsh Group apartment in Sarjapur Outer Ring. I did a recon of the area and was pleased to find that it is very close of a DPS campus and a renowned Engg college. When I looked at the apartment interior, I knew I had been lucky to find a home at the very first chance. My boys loved the place and we moved in, and have been living here since.
