This project is one of the luxurious project in Andheri. Price is better compared to other projects in the same vicinity nearby Takshila,Model Town, Greenfields has the same price as this one. Specification mentioned by Acme in the brochure are excellent. I'm planning to purchase one.

My brother bought a property here at 2010. Due to govt law construction was on hold for sometime in that area for all developers. Acme is a great builder. Good to know they are giving guaranteed possession in writing.
