ANACITY offers features that add convenience to the lives of both residents and the Management Committee.

Using the ANACITY IN app, you can effortlessly perform the below actions:
• Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc.
• Track vehicles entering the gated community.
• Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help.
• Book or order from local services.
• Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter.
• Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors.
• Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate.
• Inform expected visitors to the security.
• Lock and unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security.
• Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue.
• Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said
facility is malfunctioning. This feature is unique to ANACITY.
• View and pay dues.
• Access Apartment Member Directory.
• Track and Update Action Items of the Society Managing Committee.
• Access Apartment Maintenance Staff details.
• Switch between apartments for those who are part of multiple complexes.
• Add new members to the application. Through the ANACITY application, residents of a community can receive automated alerts and notifications such as,
• Alerts for School Bus pick up/drop of your child
• Alerts for Guests/visitors to the flats
• Alerts for domestic staff attendance
• Alerts for important notices and meeting reminders
• Automated reminders to pay maintenance dues. The above are only a handful of alerts and the application is designed to send many more such vital alerts.
• The app also can be used by the maintenance staff to manage entire helpdesk operations.
• Staff can log new complaints, and update/close existing complaints.
• Take pictures of an issue before resolving and after resolving it and attach them to the complaints.
• Record Readings of Utilities (such as Water Meters, Reticulated Gas, Energy
Meters) digitally.

Suggestion for visitor approval

Thanks for such a wonderful app. I have 1 suggestion, when we receive IVR or inapp notification for visitor approval. Instead of having only 2 options ie approve or reject, there should be another option when we are in doubt about visitor and would like to have a talk before approving or rejecting. Now even in doubt I just approve since I don’t want to reject and want to give visors a benefit of doubt which is not appropriate and compromising the security

Got to improve

I am a product manager and a high frequency user of the app. I think the new design solved some existing problems at the cost of creating many other issues. 1) Visitors section is not obvious . Some color coding is needed. 2) Within visitors section , users don’t care about the person who came for delivery. Users care about the company. There should be a company logo unless it is a personal guest. 3) If I add a delivery, i am expecting someone immediately or any time today. The default value should not be 30 mins from since there are delivery apps that deliver in 10mins. 4) I want to be able to add delivery for Tomorrow , the default should be the whole day because I don’t know when the delivery person will come. 5) The companies I usually use should pop up top in delivery section. 6) I need quick actions like delivery , check Maid status , check notices .

Ok - Ok ; UI is horrible in few windows

Average UI; back end May be great but usability of some of the important functions such as “Invite visitor” etc is nightmare
1. “Invite” button is almost right top corner of the front phone screen and selection is very difficult due to network and battery charge options over lapping . Need to struggle with fingers
2 . Mobile number verification & date selection -
If any QA guy is reading this from apna complex; please do yourself and feel the difficulty and how horrible is the UI
There are more but at least fix this and work on a better Ui
