Some observation on the Professionalism of the Synergy Services
Synergy services was introduced in Suncity as a Professional alternative to the existing Housekeeping , gardening and Maintenance services. Now even after 25 days, there is only deterioation .
Following are some of the observations on the Professionalism observed in last 25 days .
1.Housekeeping : Everyday , maids are picked up from roadside to work in housekeeping.. Some times from Sunderabai School side , some time tempo chowk side .They get whomever they can get to work in Suncity .So we have a different maid everyday in our building and not sure , whether that person will come next day. , No instructions, so these maids don’t know what they are supposed to do.No training. So the cleaning is haphazard, no dusting , no proper cleaning of lifts , no cleaning of parkings .What about Security ??? We are giving access to strangers and that too in the buildings for full 8 hours.
Identification ??? , Verification ????, Training ????? Is this professionalism ?
No Proper tools for cleaning : broken buckets ,lack of zadus etc . When questioned , the Property manager confirmed that he did not have proper tools , and he bought secondhand buckets , Zadus and Suplis from Ubale ( who was removed from suncity 2 years back ) and that too after 15 days after starting contract .
No proper garbage collection .Anybody can see garbage lying scattered around .One can see garbage lying for 2 days under MPH buildings .
Is this Professionalism !
2. Gardening : There were no gardening efforts in the month of Sept. When contacted ,on 25 sept 14,the Property Manager confirmed that they did not have gardening tools !!!!!.
Now from 1st oct ,we see that there is some movement on that front .
Has Synergy taken same old faces from old contractor ? If so, why was the old contractor removed ?
We , the residents have seen that the services have deteriorated , we have to ask repeatedly to get a simple service like cleaning done , and get rude responses from the Maintenance office .
Is this the professionalism that we are paying more for ? Why are we accepting such pathetic services .
There is more ! The society will be liable for paying Rs 2 lacs MORE for water in just 20 days
In September , first 10 days ,society was getting on average 11 tankers per day . After Synergy entered on 11th sept, water tanker orders went up to an average of 16 per day . so from 12th to 30 th sept, there were 100 tankers extra!
At Rs 2200 per tanker , these 100 more tankers amount to Rs 2.2 Lacs EXTRA in just 20 days ! After somebody pointed out this (is it over ordering ?) , the ordering has come down to 11/12 per day .
The water expenses per month were 6.86 lacs in the yr ending march 2014 ( see audited statement) and the water bill for the month of Sept 2014 is likely to be 9.37 lacs ( see the water register at material gate).
We the residents need to seriously examine and review , why we are paying more for such pathetic and “ Professional “ service ?
MC is requested to organise a meeting with residents , where this alarming situation is reviewed and corrective actions taken.
