Hi All,
Today I encountered something very weird in Alpine Eco, my ex-roommate had 2 bikes, he got parking stickers issued for both of them by logging a request on Apna Complex portal, before he left, he sent one of his bikes back to his native state Bihar and when he finally moved to his new place post marriage, he took his new bike too.
Before moving out, he paid Rs. 1000 moving out charges, now I wish to bring my 4 wheeler, but on Apna Complex portal, I see three 2-wheeler entries under my flat name, I raised a request on Apna Complex to delete off the old entries of my ex-roommate bikes so that I can put in the entry for my 4-wheeler but unprecedently and unfortunately
the Club House Managar who always has some or the other issues and is very weird and idiotic in behavior, asked me to give money, Rs 100 for each sticker, or to surrender the ex-rommate bike parking stickers, otheriwse due to three 2-wheeler entries already under my flat, I can't get a parking sticker issued for my 4 wheeler.
This is heights of insanity.
I am not in touch with my ex-roommate, even if I were, one of his bikes with Alpine Eco Parking sticker is in Bihar, don't know what to do, I have 2 Q's from the association who made these rules.
1) Do we really need to pay money to get the entries of our ex-roommate's vehicles' deleted?
2) If the answer to the 1st question is yes, then why wasn't this told to my ex-roommate when he paid the move-out charges Rs 1000?
Note:- There is a miscommunication between the Club House manager who manages the Apna Complex portal and the Alpine Club office who issues the sticker or receives the move out charges.
If you know someone from MC committee or you are a member yourself, then please get me in touch with them, because these rules are ambiguous and are not properly communicated to the residenrs, or maybe the Club House Manager himself is confused and there are no such rules.
