NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL BODY MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Body Meeting of Bollineni Hillside Residential Township Owners Association will be held on Sunday, the 6th MARCH, 2016 at 10.00 a.m at the temporary Clubhouse to transact the following business:
All Members are requested to make it convenient to attend the meetings.
Active participation and whole- hearted support is solicited from all the members for the efficient running of the Association.

1. Clause 6 of the Bye-Laws- If there is no quorum till 11.00 a.m the meeting shall be adjourned to the same day, same time and at the same venue on the following week. For such an adjourned meeting the Members present in person shall form the quorum. And, any decision taken at such meeting shall be binding on all the Members, irrespective of whether, or not, they were present at the time of the decision -making.
2. The meeting is only for the Members of the Bollineni Hillside Residential Township Owners Association present in person or by proxy. The proxy form will need to be deposited with the Secretary at least twenty four hours prior to the meeting (at the Assocition office).
